The Blanco team is proud to be partnering with QBuild and the Queensland Police Service to deliver the Proserpine Police Station.

The project includes the fit out of a leased premises to temporarily house police operations while the new permanent facility is constructed, supporting the continued delivery of essential services to the community.

With the official sod turn recently marked on site, alongside representatives including the Police Minister, the key stage of works is now underway.

Operating within a high-security environment, our focus remains on clarity, precision, and disciplined ex*****on to ensure the facility is delivered without compromise

With international experience across the UK and Singapore, and a sharp commercial lens, JD brings clarity, calm, and confidence to every conversation. As our Quantity Surveyor, JD is the first point of contact for many of our clients, he plays a critical role in shaping projects from the earliest stages, and setting them up for success.

Since joining Blanco in 2019, JD has become an integral part of both the team and the extended Blanco family. Trusted by clients and relied on internally, he is known for his meticulous approach, strong relationships, and commitment to delivering projects that are commercially sound and carefully considered.

Outside of work, JD is a proud husband to Liza and a devoted dad to Arvi and Aadhi, who keep life busy, fun, and full of perspective. That same care and dedication he shows at home is reflected in the way he supports our clients, team, and projects every day.
