ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT POSITION DETAILS

- 1x Administration office based role available within our team
- You will be provided training on current systems & processes
- Experience or relevant qualifications in Administration work preferred however not necessary
- Minimum 17 years of age
- Drivers License (preferred)
- Successful applicant will have good written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a diverse team
- Great attention to detail, multitasking & on the job problem solving
- Ability to provide great customer service
- Work Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Weekend & overtime work offered
- Day to day duties include: answering phone & email enquiries, booking / scheduling in new & existing job requests, invoicing customers, processing payments & assisting in store customers.

Mazlin Electrical Services is looking for full-time admin assistant to join our family owned small business. The position will have responsibility for the following:
- Answering phones, greeting customers and sales of appliances
- Responding to emails, quoting, invoicing and entering data into computer systems.
- Scheduling jobs and managing job workflow
- Stock control- ordering parts
- General housekeeping
- Sometimes where necessary helping lift and load appliances

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and attributes:
- Have a warm and friendly personality
- Have a positive attitude,be willing to learn and build on knowledge
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to complete work independently, unsupervised and where necessary in a team.
- Be competent in working with technology and the mainstream IT systems.

Previous knowledge in admin is preferred.
