Apprentice Refrigeration Mechanic
Location: Townsville
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate / Flexible
We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice Refrigeration Mechanic to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s hands-on, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term trade career in refrigeration and air conditioning.
What you’ll be doing:
• Assisting qualified technicians with installation, servicing, and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Learning fault-finding and repair techniques
• Using tools and equipment safely and correctly
• Attending TAFE/trade school as required
• Working on residential, commercial, and/or industrial systems (depending on our projects)
What we’re looking for:
• Genuine interest in refrigeration & air conditioning
• Currently enrolled in, or willing to start, a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning apprenticeship
• White Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Driver’s licence or working toward one
• Good attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
