MBG are looking for an experienced Construction Administrator to join our Team.
Fliexble work environment within a Local Family Business. Approx 25 Hours per week negotiable.
You will be responsible for coordinating general administrative tasks, data entry, procurement, document control, facilitating communication between project stakeholders, and overseeing all project documentation management.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
* Data entry into Smartsheet’s and Xero
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including job paperwork, contracts, permits, drawings, and specifications.
* Assist in requesting quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for estimating team.
* Monitor and record project expenses, invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings and site visits
* Support site supervisor with administrative tasks and project-related activities as needed.
