We were absolutely honoured to be nominated as a regional finalists for Medium Employer of the Year in the Queensland Training Awards 2025! ⭐️

It was a fabulous night celebrating all finalists and hearing all the amazing work being done in our region.

BG Group NQ have been training apprentice carpenters, plasterers and more recently cadet draftsmen since 1999! This recognition only motivates us to continue doing what we’re doing and looking for ways to improve each and every day.

Celebrating World Youth Skills Day 2025!
Today we’re highlighting the incredible journey of Colin, who transformed his future through our Construction Skills Queensland funded Trade Ready program!

Colin’s path to success:
✅ Completed skills training with ATTC
✅ Gained hands-on experience through structured workplace learning
✅ Worked with our amazing Host Employer partner BG Group NQ Pty Ltd
✅ Secured a carpentry apprenticeship!

This is exactly what World Youth Skills Day is about - empowering young people to make informed career choices and build the skills they need for tomorrow’s workforce.

NQ Modular Projects offer a wide range of transportable and modular building solutions, with a particular focus on servicing the mining & agricultural sectors as well as remote housing requirements.

Our talented team of draftsmen have developed a full range of fully engineered designs including amenity blocks, offices, bunk houses and communal kitchen spaces. To view our range of designs make an appointment with one of our friendly team to discuss what layout will best suit your needs and budget.

If we don’t have exactly what you’re looking for in our standard range of designs, our in-house design team will work closely with you to develop a custom design.

Jace recently shared his apprenticeship journey so far at the latest Construction Skills Queensland - CSQ Townsville Industry Insight event.

It's not easy to present to a room full of people and Jace took the challenge in his stride! We see a bright future in the construction industry for him⭐️
