We recently had a hoist come in after a critical failure during tipping.

The top clevis pin came out due to a sheared weld, causing major damage to the hoist eye and clevis — and ultimately sending the hoist out the front of the body.

Our team got stuck straight into it:
✔️ Machined a new hardened bush and pin
✔️ Repaired and rebuilt the clevis
✔️ Cut out all damaged aluminium
✔️ Replaced and fabricated new sections

Another job turned around and back ready to go to work 💪

Where else would you rather be on a long weekend 😅
Had an urgent job hotshotted in from a mine site out west, no time to waste on this one. Jumped straight onto it, welded the pulleys up and machined them to the supplied engineered drawings… only to find out the drawings were wrong.
Back to the bench we went, re-welded, and machined again, this time off original samples to get it spot on.
All sorted now and these pulleys are ready to head back out west and get that site back into production 👌
Big effort from the team to turn this one around under pressure.

Big shoutout to Williamson transport services for going above and beyond for us yesterday 👏
We were chasing a steel delivery for a rush job and the team managed to squeeze us in between runs, where most would’ve pushed it to the next day on short notice.
Because of their effort, we are able to stay on schedule and get our customer’s job back up and running a full day earlier 💪
