An Amazing Experience Right from the Start

Pre sale: Starting our 1st home was daunting enough by itself, and more so the selection of right builder. i was in the market looking for a reliable builder, who could help make my dream into reality. I spoke with quite a few builders/consultants and then finally reached out to Navin Chugh (Ridgewater Sales Consultant), on my friend's recommendation. During the 1st visit, our sales consultant was kind enough to walk us through the entire display home. he took us through each corner and answered all of our queries. This certainly made us feel comfortable, being able to ask anything and often novice questions as well. We had multiple meetings with our consultant before the initial deposit, all of them equally intensive where we asked a lot of questions. and he answered each one of them very patiently and comprehensively. I locked in Ridgewater primarily due to the professionalism, honesty and complete transparency of our sales consultant. Each aspect of his service was exceptional and commendable, especially his prompt response and availability on short notices. During floor plan design, me and my wife requested some customizations. our sales consultant patiently took us through all the possible options and graciously provided his feedback at every stage. I liked the fact that we never felt rushed into the deciding the floor plan and took our time to make the final decision. I can definitely vouch for Navin's integrity, caring attitude and understanding nature . Things are running pretty smooth up till now and we are now scheduled for color selection next week. Looking forward to the same service standard during the construction phase.

Start of An Exciting Journey to Build my 1st Dream House with Ridgewater

I have just signed my building contract with Ridgewater Homes. I am very excited and hopeful to travel the pleasant and smooth journey with Ridgewater for months to come. I would say I was lucky enough to meet Navin Chugh (Sales Consultant) in February 2022 and I got the impression right away that I am in the right place. Navin got outstanding communication skills and is very accommodating as far as your specific needs and wants are concerned. He was always available and would come back to you promptly to provide the honest and genuine feedback. I could feel a sense of care and empathy in his dealing and fortunately I was not treated like just another customer. My process so far from signing the tentative tender to finalising the customised plans and then signing the building contract has been really easy going and smooth. Again big thanks to Navin's patience and support. I am pretty confident and hopeful that this dream will come into reality soon and the upcoming journey will be smooth and accommodating as well.
