Over 500 vehicles can be accommodated in the $50 million parking lot spread across seven levels. Constructed by ADCO and installed by Tensile Design & Construct, fabricated by Fabrite Metalworks for Health Infrastructure, Priority Powder Coating powder coated the façade in 6 different colours

The artwork is titled ‘Flowers of Gandangara’. The installation by Tensile involved placing more than 1,800 separate pieces across the façade in a kind of mosaic layout. The circular petal sections represent the community coming together, with the colours reflecting peace, harmony and cultural identity.

Redirecting sunlight from the top of the 39-story building to the shaded Town Square below is the second of its kind heliostat system constructed in the Southern Hemisphere at The Rhodes Central in Sydney by Alex and his team from Heliosystems. With the help of 49 motorized mirrors that follow the sun, the system attempts to improve the aesthetics of the area. Priority Powder Coating assisted to blast, prime and top coat of Duratec Elements Flat Black Textured on the Steel round posts with base plate and reflector mirror plate.
