🌟 Exciting Update: Sky Green Partners with AusNet Services for Standalone Power Systems (SAPS) Commissioning 🌞

We are thrilled to share an exciting update on our collaboration with AusNet Services! Sky Green has officially commissioned the 17 Standalone Power Systems (SAPS). This milestone represents a significant step forward in our collective mission to revolutionize the energy landscape and drive sustainable progress.

As you may recall from our previous LinkedIn post (link: LinkedIn Post), the SAPS project focuses on advancing the adoption of Standalone Power Systems, which integrate photovoltaic (PV) panels and advanced battery technologies to provide independent power supply to remote or off-grid locations. With AusNet Services leading the way, we will deploy SAPS in diverse locations, evaluating their performance, reliability, and scalability, as well as their integration with existing energy infrastructure.

In a recent article by pv magazine (link: Article), the test conducted by AusNet Services in collaboration with Sky Green is highlighted. The article offers valuable insights into the project, including its objectives and the significance of the standalone system's integration with PV batteries.

#6 - ONCE THERE WAS A MAN SERIES

THE NEVER-ENDING STORY - Once there was a woman, she lived in a little house that was perfect for her needs. One summer, the temperature was very high and having no air conditioner, the house got pretty hot. So the woman decided to install an air conditioner so she went to the appliance shop to get one. The shop keeper told her that he could provide the air conditioner but not the installation. So the woman went to a plumber who told her that he could do the piping but not the electrical connection. So the woman went to an electrician and he told her that he could certainly do the electrical connection and asked: “what is the power of the air conditioner?” So the woman went back to the appliance shop.

#5 - ONCE THERE WAS A MAN SERIES

THE RACING TEAM - Once there was a woman, she was a racecar driver and she loved driving her car at full speed around a circuit. Year after year, thanks to her driving skills and persistence, she nailed win after win. One day, walking through a paddock, she overheard two mechanics talking about some changes to the car; changes they had been working on for months. After a few minutes the supply manager came, and the three men discussed where to source the parts and how much they would cost. While the three men were talking, the financial manager joined the discussion, and the group talked about how they would fit the new parts into the team budget. Suddenly, she realized that a great part of her success was due to the amazing work done by her team and how lucky she was to have them by her side.

Any good CEO knows that the success of a company is in the hands of its people. The CEO can be the conductor of the orchestra but there’s no concert with just the conductor on stage.

#4 - ONCE THERE WAS A MAN SERIES

THE DRIVER - Once there was a man, he had a car that he used to go everywhere; for his holidays, to take his children to school, to go to work. Every day the man jumped in the car, turned it on and thought “it is still working fine, no need for a checkup”. A month later the check engine light came on, but he thought “it’s still working fine, and I can’t afford to get that checked right now”. So, day after day, Km after Km the car was getting older and older. One day while he was driving, suddenly, the car stopped, and he nearly crashed at a set of traffic lights. The man tried everything to make it work again, but nothing worked. He couldn’t take his kids to school and was late to work. The implications of his car not working went on and on. He thought “if only I had of serviced my car when the check engine light came on.”
