Clive has 45 years of building experience and prides himself on well built homes, granny flats, renovations, additions and commercial works. He's easy going and loves what he does and is a master of his craft. Donna has been married to Clive for more than 40 years and is in charge of finance, administration and ordering. She is efficient, practical and gets the job done. Georgia is the daughter of Clive and Donna and has only recently started working for the family business in an administrative role. She's learning from Donna how to run the administrative side of the business.

If you need this much silicone then you really need to get someone in who can fix it properly.

Donna,Jake and myself would like to wish you a Merry Xmas and a safe New Year.
Clive Kennedy Homes goes into its 39th year of building and as we always have done we will be back for another year for our 40th anniversary in 2021.
And being an Australian Xmas here is an Australian icon checking out our work, he must have liked it because he didn't laugh at it.

Here's another deck that seriously needed some work.
Pine deck is rotting away.
Incorrect steel nails were used, when we pulled the deck and the joists out the timbers came away in our hands with little resistance.
Underneath the beams had sagged up to 40mm in one corner.
the whaling plate against the wall had standard dynabolt fittings and were nearly rusted through, a collapse in the making.
Any decks facing south for many years need to be watched as what happens here happens a lot.
So if it gets this bad don't walk out on the deck and definitely don't have a new Years Party on it with a lot of friends.
But you will have to wait for next year for the final photos.

Another way to modernize your home can be just replacing your front door and panel.
From the style of the 80's on the left to now, big difference.
The owners want to paint the doors over Xmas and I can't wait to see the final product.
