Your tiny home, delivered to your destination.

Building your dream tiny home is just the beginning. Getting it safely to its new location is an important part of the journey.

At Designer Eco Tiny Homes, we help coordinate delivery Australia-wide, whether that's through our own team or trusted specialist transport providers.

From our factory to your property, we'll help make the delivery process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Beautifully built. Carefully delivered.

Sustainable doesn't have to mean sacrifice.

Every one our our homes is built to work with less, less power drawn from the grid, less water used, less waste in the build itself. Whether that's a solar trailer keeping the lights on off-grid, a compost toilet doing away with the need for sewer altogether, or simply building to order instead of overproducing, it all comes back to the same idea: build it right the first time.

That's what eco design means to us.

Before delivery day, there's a bit of prep on your end too.

We'll give you plenty of notice once your home's ready to go, so you've got time to check two things: the area needs to be level, and it needs to be accessible, no overhanging branches, and a driveway wide enough for delivery.

Get those sorted, and the rest is on us.

Ever wondered how big a tiny home can actually go?

Our tiny homes top out at 4.3m high, 9.6m long and 2.4m wide, or 4.8m wide once you add a fixed annex. Want more space than that? Our modular range stretches up to 4m high, 5m wide and 16m long, delivered by truck and craned straight into place.
Big or small, there's a size built for how you live.

Drop your next tiny home question below, we might just turn it into a post.

Ever wondered how much a tiny home actually weighs?

It depends on the model, but the heaviest our tiny homes get is 4.5 tonnes. Worth knowing if you're thinking about transport, the site it's headed to, or what it'll take to get it there.

Got another question about the specs? Drop it below.

Delivered doesn't mean done, there's still setup to sort.

The good news is, installing a tiny home is usually straightforward. How straightforward depends on your design and your site, but either way, we're happy to advise or handle the installation ourselves if you'd rather hand it off.

One less thing on your plate.

Some homes take a lifetime to fill. This one's built to fit yours from day one.

Every detail here has a reason, nothing wasted, nothing missing. It's proof that tiny doesn't mean giving something up, it means keeping only what actually matters.

This is what home can look like.

What does home mean to you?

For a lot of our customers, it's less about square metres and more about what gets left behind. The chaos, the clutter, the stuff that doesn't matter. Every home we build starts with that question, then gets shaped around the answer, one custom detail at a time.

Wondering how payment actually works once you commit to a build?

Once your 20% deposit is in and the contract's signed, your home gets scheduled into the workshop. From there, payments are spread evenly across four stages: base trailer, frame, lockup, and completion.

Anything extra, like customisation or delivery, gets paid separately once you've confirmed your selections.

No surprises, just a clear path from deposit to delivery.

Do tiny homes need council approval? It's not a simple yes or no.

It depends on a handful of factors, and the rules shift from state to state. We've broken down the core information to get you started, but the real answer sits with your local council: what counts as an exemption for moveable dwellings where you are.

Better to ask early than assume and find out later.

Have a council question we haven't covered? Send it our way.
