Want to make a difference each day? This role is part of Joii's Social Impact program and is changing lives. Joii Roofing exists to deliver quality products and to raise funds for these programs.

Based in our Rocklea Factory the Leading Hand will be required to lead from the front and take a “hands on” approach in disassembling solar panels and associated equipment to set a positive example to all participants in the Solar Recycling Program.
