If you've ever gotten in touch with Techome, chances are you’ve probably spoken to Alan. He’s the go-to guy for making sure every installation runs smoothly and every question gets answered.

What is your role on the team?
Technical Sales Representative. I work closely with customers to recommend the right Techome controller solutions, provide technical guidance and ensure installations run smoothly. I also collaborate with TIMOTION Australia to pair our controllers with compatible linear actuators when needed.

How long have you been with Techome?
5 years

What’s your favourite part of your job?
Connecting with customers and supporting them through challenges, whether it’s solving a problem or troubleshooting an issue.

What's something we may not know about you?
Before Techome, I spent several years DJing for the online radio station Radioactive. Outside of work, I enjoy tinkering with steam-powered toys, like Mamod steam engines which run on methylated spirits.
