Ben launched into his trade straight out of high school in 1999, bringing over 25 years of hands-on sheet metal, welding, and fabrication experience to the table. In 2019, that experience became Bigdog Welding & Fabrication Pty Ltd. Just a few short years later, as demand grew for faster turnarounds and high-end accuracy, the business expanded to introduce Express Laser NQ.
Right beside Ben is his partner of more than 25 years, taking charge as Accounts & Marketing Manager. With an extensive accounting background and sharp business ex*****on, she’s the engine behind the brand, keeping the numbers tight, the operation moving, and the business growing.
