Today, we're recognising World Environment Day and taking a moment to reflect on the steps we're taking across our business to support a more sustainable future.

Whether it's through new technology or everyday decisions, meaningful change comes from consistent action and a willingness to keep improving.

We're proud of the work underway across our teams and look forward to building on it in the years ahead.

This past week, 27 May to 3 June, we were proud to go “All In” for National Reconciliation Week, with our teams across the country coming together to listen, learn, reflect and connect.

This year’s theme, “All In,” was brought to life through meaningful moments across our operations, from attending the National Reconciliation Breakfast, and Aboriginal-led tours at WA Museum Boola Bardip, to seeing our Reconciliation WA sponsored banner fly in Perth’s city centre, employee morning teas and collaborative artworks on sites, as well as sharing Indigenous book libraries with our teams.

These experiences show what reconciliation looks like in practice at Monadelphous - strengthening cultural capability, creating opportunities, and building lasting partnerships with Indigenous communities and businesses.

🎉 Nearly 100 participants joined this year’s Group Mentoring Program - a fantastic milestone.👏

By connecting mentors and mentees across the business, the program sparked meaningful conversations, fresh ideas, and ongoing development. Our team members gained new perspectives, expanded their networks, and strengthened relationships across our businesses.

This is a great effort by everyone involved, and we’re excited to see these connections continue to grow.

First sparks to fully finished fire pits 🔥

Two students recently stepped into our Olympic Dam workshop in Roxby Downs for a hands-on work experience, learning the ropes alongside our fabrication crew and building their very own fire pits to take home.

It’s a small glimpse into what a future in trades can look like, and a chance to build confidence and real-world skills from day one.

We’re proud to back opportunities like this, supporting local communities and helping the next generation find their path into the industry. What to know about a future at Monos? Find out more here: https://ap1.hubs.ly/y0W9vn0

As we look ahead to National Reconciliation Week 2026, we’re reflecting on what reconciliation truly means to our people.

For many across our organisation, reconciliation is about listening with intent, building genuine relationships, and creating spaces where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices are respected and centred. It’s about acknowledging truth, valuing culture, and taking everyday actions that contribute to a more equitable future.

Our people have shared powerful reflections, from the importance of respect and understanding, to the role we each play in shaping a workplace and community where everyone feels seen, heard and valued.

Reconciliation is a shared journey. And as we move into NRW 2026, we remain committed to walking that path with purpose and integrity.

A huge thank you to our Respect@Monadelphous community partner, Starick Foundation, for joining us for an employee Lunch and Learn session. Together we unpacked two critical issues affecting families across Australia: financial abuse and the influence of online culture.

At Monadelphous, we are committed to ensuring our workplaces are safe, respectful and inclusive, through our Respect in Every Step campaign.

As part of Family and Domestic Violence Prevention Month, we’re committed to learning, listening, and doing our part to create safer communities. We’re proud to stand alongside Starick and support the vital work they do for women and children experiencing violence.
