Passed away peacefully at Calvary Hospital on Monday, 5 January 2026. Beloved wife of Leo “Jacko”, devoted and loving mother and mother-in-law to Debbie and Peter, Scott (deceased), Bridget and Robert, and Daniel and Coralie. Much-loved and adored grandmother of Kate, Hannah, Abbey, Wil; Rosabelle, Anastasia, MacGregor; Henrietta. Aged 84 years.

Patti’s family extend their sincere and heartfelt thanks to Dr Helen Boland, Professor Gerard Carroll, Associate Professor David Palmieri, and the wonderful staff of Calvary Hospital, especially the Palliative Care Unit and nursing team, for their compassionate care and support.
