Maslin Homes are nearing completion on this investment property for our clients who have organsied to rent it immediately to Defence Housing Australia (DHA). This will be Maslin Homes’s seventh house we have purposely built to fulfill Defence’s requirements. As the Defence bases expand in Wagga, they are continually looking for houses such as this one.
Defence will generally sign a secure, long-term lease up to 12 years with our clients and professionally clean the house at the end of the lease if the lease is not renewed.

Maslin Homes has recently completed this three-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 1 Tooleybuc St, Gobbagombalin. The house includes a Living & Dining room, double garage, separate toilet, Alfresco and plenty of storage space. The house is located in one of NSW fastest growth locations, close to the University and newly completed shopping center. PRD Real Estate are asking $650K for this house.

Maslin Homes are currently constructing five, three-bedroom, two storey units on Kincaid St, which are due for completion in October 2025.
These units are very similar in design to the five units next door on Kincaid St that Maslin Homes completed in 2024. All units include two bathrooms, three toilets, double garage, Alfresco area, private Balcony and much more. These units were designed in-house with the assistance of Sewell Design.
All units are currently for sale and enquiries can be directed to the Maslin office on 6931 9939.

Maslin Homes is currently constructing this unique three-bedroom house for our Clients at Marrar. Our clients came to us with a sketch of what they wanted, and we worked with them until they were satisfied with their final design.
Some unique features of this house include polished concrete floors throughout, two refurbished claw-foot baths, red-gum timber servery windowsill and many more.
At Maslin Home we design our house plans to suit our client’s needs. All unique design requests are no issue for Maslin Homes.
With all our builds, we aim to keep the construction duration to under six months.

Maslin Homes recently completed this four-bedroom house for Mr & Mrs Armstrong. The Armstrongs required one of our house designs, incorporating their own design inputs, to get exactly what they wanted.
Some of the unique features of this house included a water tank to firefighting standards, a larger and second Alfresco area, larger Garage for storage, internal wood heater in the Family Room and no gas connected to the house.
At Maslin Home we design our house plans to suit our Client’s needs. All unique design requests are no issue for Maslin Homes.

Maslin Homes recently completed this three-bedroom granny flat for our Clients, who required extra living space for family, guests, and for a potential future rental property. The design of the flat was coordinated between Maslin Homes and the Client until they got exactly what he wanted.
Some of the unique features of the flat included wider doorways and larger W.C, Bathroom, shower and Bedrooms. The water was connected to the existing water tanks. The electricity was connected to the existing solar panels and no gas was connected to the unit.
At Maslin Home we design our house / granny flat plans to suit our Client’s needs. All unique design requests are no issue for Maslin Homes.
