This trailer came into the workshop with a cracked drawbar requiring urgent repair.

The damaged section was ground out, fully welded, sanded back flush, and reinforced with fish plates to restore strength and help prevent further cracking.

This one came in with a bent coupling plate.
A common issue on lighter factory setups.

Cut out and upgraded from 8mm plate to a new 12mm 350 grade plate, welded in and built to handle the load properly.
