After 8 months of emails, phone calls, delays, headaches and “just waiting on the gas meter”… IT HAS ARRIVED 🙌🔥

To say this gas meter consumed part of my life would be an understatement 😂
So when it was finally installed, naturally we celebrated the only reasonable way possible… with a family photo shoot 📸🤣

Parramore Park didn’t miss out on a little changeroom refurb either 🏉👏

The junior fields were also shown some love, with an upgrade to the changerooms that opened up the space and added separate shower cubicles for players. 🚿

A great little upgrade for the kids, families and everyone using the facilities — all ready for footy tomorrow 🙌

The shower facilities at GeoHex Park have had a full refurb, transforming the old open layout into clean, modern individual cubicles that are practical, private and built to last.

Why do we do 9-day fortnights?

Simple — because work-life balance matters.

A little while ago, we introduced 9-day fortnights to give our team more time to enjoy life outside of work.

Whether that means spending time with family, catching up with mates, getting on top of life admin, being able to watch your horse run or just having a chance to slow down for a day, that extra time matters.

We’ve found that when our team has time to recharge, everyone benefits — morale stays high and productivity stays strong.

It’s a win-win for everyone… because life is meant for living.

Now that’s a stylish sandstone block retaining wall and I bet the clients can’t wait to get some turf down to stop some of that dust.

The boys have been busy setting the blocks and installing the agg pipe behind the wall to ensure proper drainage. It’s one of those things you won’t see once the job is finished, but it plays a huge role in the longevity and performance of the retaining wall.

Solid foundations, proper drainage, and quality materials — the key to building something that lasts.

Well today marks our last day with Ralphy here at Duncan Construct.

From a fresh-faced 1st year apprentice to a fully qualified chippie — and now he’s off to chase a new adventure!

Your very first week you were affectionately known as Wreck It Ralph… and somehow the name stuck. Luckily your skills improved along the way!

Thanks for all the hard work, dedication and laughs you’ve brought to the team over the years.

We wish you all the best in your next chapter and hope it’s everything you’ve been chasing. 👊
