WinterbourneWind will offer high-quality jobs for local workers during project construction and operation.

We expect up to 390 jobs at peak construction. While many of these jobs will involve specialised skills (e.g., crane operators), we estimate more than 100 jobs could be available to the local and regional workforce.

Plus we estimate up to 16 ongoing local roles will be created once the project is up and running.

That means real pathways for young people to learn new skills and find work close to home.

Tyler’s work blends traditional dot techniques with fine line detail, and this piece beautifully captures the deep connection between Community and Country.

You might have seen the 7NEWS Central West story about our proposal for the local caravan park.

We want to put in more cabins as part of the solution for worker accommodation during construction of the wind farm.

Tourists would still be able to book vacant rooms during construction, and once the wind farm is built, the expanded park would leave the region with more visitor accommodation than it has today.
