As we all know the COVID pandemic has done some crazy things for the building industry and with the shortages we are currently facing with materials and supplies we are thrilled to be able to offer these beautiful, custom, Australian made designs which are locally made to order.

Before, during & after we added an extra level to this single storey home in Bellmere 🏡

The owners were wanting more space but didn’t want to sell their home & move so we added an extra storey to their home & now they have all the space they were dreaming about!

The role will require you to have experience in all areas of construction.

We require a carpenter who is competent in all aspects of carpentry and can deliver work independently or lead a small team.

We are getting a lot of questions about the HomeBuilder grant and we are really excited about what this could mean for a lot of our customers! HomeBuilder provides eligible owner-occupiers (including first home buyers) with a grant of $25,000 to build a new home or substantially renovate an existing home.

In saying that, we want to make sure people are getting all the information before making a big decision like building or renovating their home (as there are a fair few conditions for eligibility.)
