Permits. Confusing, right?

Don’t get caught out with illegal building works.

We hear it all the time: council says one thing, someone else says another. The truth is, permits depend on your structure size, height, and what applies to your property (overlays and planning controls).

A simple guide:
If your shed or structure is over 10m², you will generally need a Building Permit.
In some cases, even under 10m² can still require a permit depending on height, location, and overlays.

If you’re not sure what applies to your block and you want one company to handle it from start to finish, give us a call. We’ll help you confirm what’s needed and take the stress out of the process.
