As the property is up in the hills it is off the main sewer lines. We have had to install an Airobic Treatment Unit (ATU) for the sewerage process.
The systems have come along way from the old days and work very well, providing grey water for the garden also.

It always feels like a bit of a grand reveal when the scaffold gets pulled away. What remains is the structural intent and design of any building. We also have a lot of work happening inside. Looking forward to showing the tiling and cabinetry work soon.

Love me some beautiful external cladding work. Due to a high Bushfire Attack Level we have to be careful waht materials we use on the outside to avoid the house catching on fire.

Making it happen out at our bedfordale job. The Gyprockers have sheeted the walls and are flushing. I love when the sheets go up because you get the first feel of the house's internal layout 😉

Check out these floor sheets! They are called Nasahi Flooring Panels. It is an air-rated concrete panel with steel mesh for added strength and flexibility. They add better insulation and noise resistance than a traditional timber floor sheet. Also it works better for termite and high fire areas.
