Jesse’s 200 Series Land Cruiser finally hit the rollers at GTurbo, putting down an impressive 410rwhp and 1,024Nm of torque through the big 35” tyres.

Last year we fabricated a twin 4” exhaust for the Cruiser with 5” tips and recently it was back in the shop for a PDI front-mount intercooler setup, airbox and transcooler install.

We utilised PDI’s lower pipework, but Jesse wanted something a little neater up top, so we fabricated a custom twin 3” intake from the intercooler through to the intake manifold and 4” intake.

GTurbo took care of the rest installing their twin g450 turbo package and tidying up some underlying issues.

This thing pulls like a freight train in the top end and will be the ultimate setup for the beach and dunes !

We are still doing some automobive jobs but only builds that we are interested in or a bit unique.

Another carbon steel spooling package completed for a power station construction project in the North West.

A total of 132 buttwelds cut, prepped and welded out, including an additional 12 buttwelds to help the client out as they were running behind. The project consisted of a mix of 40NB, 50NB and 100NB sch40 carbon steel pipework with various sockets throughout.

Completed on time and welded to ASME b31.1 with full material traceability, qualified welders and documentation supplied.

Over the last few months we’ve been putting a lot of focus into growing other areas of the business, particularly commercial pipe spooling, coded pressure welding, and larger fabrication projects.

We’ll still be doing automotive work, but we’ll be toning it down a little and focusing more on the bigger projects we’re genuinely interested in, rather than relying on a high turnover of smaller jobs.

With that said, check out this weapon build we recently completed!

George’s new HQ build in for a pretty wild turbo setup. We have done a few cars for George over the years, the engine and turbo manifolds were kept from his VL we done a couple years back and used on the new HQ build.

We managed to keep the passenger side manifold ending at the collector and fabbed from there. This was mainly just to save time as he wants to get the car to gazzants.

The car runs a built LS3, t400 and shortened 9” combo
Georges instructions were, big turbo, no pipework visible through the grill, make it sick. Free range and the budget needed to make something awesome.

✅fabricate 4-1 drivers side manifold with 2.5” 304 crossover
✅ garret gtx5020r gen2 turbo with a tial 1.45a/r rear housing and a single 60mm turbo smart wastegate, this was the biggest challenge to fit.

We spaced the radiator and front mount I/c forward 20mm for the turbo and keep the i/c pipework behind the grill.

A 60mm Turbosmart gate was the next challenge getting it in a decent location for good boost control, I ended up having to go underneath so the turbo still cleared the massive Aussie desert cooler radiator n fan combo and stayed under the bonnet.
Ported collector,t6 vband housing for the turbo and a 65nb steam pipe to the WG

✅fitted plazmaclamps to on the I/c to get through the rad support with very limited space we kept 3.5” off the turbo but had to go back down to 3” to stay inside the grill, expanding to 4”, notching for the rad unfortunately

✅5” dump to 4” exhaust hurricane muffler dumped at the diff with a 2.5” screamer.

We handle a lot of small titanium jobs like this, where proper purge welding and controlled heat input are critical to ensuring the material maintains its integrity.

Reece’s VR Calais in for custom exhaust system to suit his L98 conversion. They don’t come up often in this condition! One of the cleanest grandpa spec early girls around, the original paint and interior is 👌

We adapted our go to twin 3” to single 3.5” system to suit the IRS rear squeezing a 14” muffler in the middle. Tucked up as high as possible from the headers back.

Tig welded 304 Hurricane mufflers with euro 4 400 cell cats ready to pass emissions testing and dB testing for engineering and dot compliance.
