Rivco Constructions is a growing building company specialising in steel sheds, rural structures, and large scale commercial projects across New South Wales. Due to continued growth, with multiple large projects we are seeking experienced Roof Plumbers and Shed Erectors to join our team.

About the Role
You’ll be working on a variety of projects including residential, rural, and commercial sheds. This is a hands-on role suited to reliable tradespeople who take pride in quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
Installation of metal roofing, wall cladding & flashings,
Er****on of steel shed frames and structures
Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
Working safely at heights and on construction sites
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and efficiency

What We’re Looking For
Experience in roof plumbing and/or shed er****on
White Card (Construction Induction)
Working at Heights (preferred)
EWP / machinery tickets (advantageous)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Driver’s licence and reliable transport

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Shed Builder to join our growing team in a full-time position. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.
You will take charge onsite, lead a small crew, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform all aspects of shed construction from slab to lock-up
• Lead, mentor and support team members onsite
• Read and interpret plans and specifications
• Ensure all works meet quality, safety and compliance standards
• Operate tools, equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Liaise with management, clients and subcontractors as required
• Maintain clean, safe and organised job sites

About You
• Previous experience in shed building or similar construction role
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• Reliable, punctual and motivated
• Current manual driver’s licence (essential)
• White Card (required)
