We caught up with Brandon out on site at Redbank with Spaceframe Buildings, part of the crew delivering our biggest project to date.

For him, it’s all about the team – laying the deck with the boys, the banter, and the culture on site.

We caught up with Darrin Mitchell, Site Manager at our Redbank project with Spaceframe Buildings, to get his take on how the Nautical Roofing team has performed.

On a job of this scale, with tough conditions, tight timelines and plenty of challenges along the way, that kind of feedback means a lot.

Charli is one of our apprentices here at Nautical Roofing, learning the ropes out on site and building a career in roofing.

It’s great to see more women getting involved in the trades and making their mark on the industry.

Here’s a look at progress on our Redbank site with Spaceframe Buildings, which has become the biggest shed project we’ve delivered to date.

This build features large-scale roofing and walling using COLORBOND® steel, along with hundreds of metres of fascia and gutter. From internal crane lifts to on-site logistics, this one has required serious coordination and problem-solving from start to finish.

Even with a Christmas break in the mix, the crew kept things moving and brought the project home in a strong timeframe.

Big thanks and congratulations to the entire team – a top effort on a standout project 👏

Jesse’s been part of the Nautical Roofing crew for nearly three years now, and if you ask him what he enjoys most, it’s simple – the people and the work.

From installs to the final details like flashings, corner caps and finishes, Jesse takes pride in getting the job done right. And yes, like most of the team, his favourite COLORBOND® colour is Monument®.

Out on site at the Flagstone project for Douglas Constructions, having a quick yarn with Patrick, one of our leading hands 👷‍♂️

From the variety of work, moving from job to job, right through to the satisfaction of walking away knowing the finish is spot on – this is what roofing’s all about.

Patrick’s been with Nautical Roofing for four years now and runs a solid crew on site, usually six or seven strong, getting the job done right every time. And when it comes to finishing details like flashings, that’s where the pride really shows.

Good crews, good workmanship, and that feeling at the end of the day knowing you’ve nailed it – then it’s on to the next one.
