Before the plaster goes on, a lot has to be right. This week that's exactly where the team was focused at 33 The Parade, North Haven.

Internal doors have started going in - DJ800 Intrim profile, hung with shadow line skirtings in place before any lining touches the walls. Frame inspection completed. Plumbing inspection done. Raked window frames arrived on site ready for glazing next week.

Next up: insulation this week, internal lining kicks off Tuesday, and raked glazing confirmed for June 19. It's all moving and the sequence is tight. That's how it should be.

Another milestone ticked off at our North Haven Custom Home 🏠

The team from Valley Kitchens were onsite today completing the final check measure, ensuring every detail is captured before manufacturing begins.

With the architectural kitchen, custom joinery, premium stone surfaces and carefully selected finishes all coming together, this home is starting to move into one of the most exciting stages of the build.

A huge thank you to the project team and suppliers helping bring this vision to life.

This week's progress focused on the finer details that contribute to a high-quality build:

✔️ Eaves lining installation completed
✔️ Detailed mitred internal and external corners
✔️ Base skirting detail installed to external cladding
✔️ Electrical, plumbing and mechanical services rough-in progressing
✔️ In-wall cistern installed

While much of this work will eventually be hidden behind linings and finishes, it's these stages that lay the foundation for a durable, functional and beautifully finished home.
