Hi everyone 🤍

I thought it was time to properly introduce myself as the face behind Baked Goodness.

I’m Lauren, a 47-year-old Mum to four amazing kids aged 18, 15, 5 and 3. I work part time, and like most mums, life is usually busy, chaotic, exhausting… and rewarding all at once.

Baking has always been something I genuinely love. Cooking? Not so much 😅 But baking — especially making cookies — has always felt comforting to me.

Somewhere amongst the kinder and daycare drop offs, work, laundry piles and everyday chaos, I decided to make some time for myself and do something that made me happy.

What started as “I’ll just make a few cookies” slowly turned into Baked Goodness 🍪

This little business means more to me than just cookies. It’s something creative, something built with a whole lot of love (and butter), and something that’s mine.

To everyone who has ordered, shared a post, told a friend, or simply followed along — thank you. Supporting a small business truly means more than people realise, and I’m so grateful you’re here.

I can’t wait to continue sharing my cookies with fellow cookie lovers 🤍

Good news — effective immediately, we are removing the temporary restrictions on filling fuel pods, trailers and other approved fuel transport vessels.

With cropping season approaching, we know how important reliable fuel access is for our community. While we can’t predict what future supply conditions may look like, we’ll continue to do everything we can to service our customers and keep fuel available where possible.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we worked through a period of uncertainty around supply and pricing. It wasn’t ideal, but it allowed us to continue servicing all customers.

We’re now in a position to reopen these fills and return to normal operations.

Community Notice – Fuel Supply

Due to the current increase in fuel demand across Australia, Werrigar Roadhouse will temporarily pause the filling of bulk fuel containers such as IBCs, fuel pods and fuel trailers.

This decision has been made to ensure fuel remains available for everyday motorists, local families and essential services.

Normal vehicle refueling will continue as usual.

We appreciate the community’s understanding while we manage fuel availability responsibly.
