💲👷 Do you own or manage a heritage property in the Blue Mountains? You’re invited to apply for a small grant to help you complete a minor conservation works.

Dollar for dollar grants of up to $2,500 are available. That means we’ll match what you put in. Applications are open until Friday 30 September. Find out more and apply at: https://www.bmcc.nsw.gov.au/LHAF

This round of grants is directed towards heritage buildings that are listed as local heritage items and/or contributory buildings within Heritage Conservation Areas. Consideration will also be given to the preparation of strategic heritage documents, such as conservation management strategies or heritage interpretation plans, for heritage buildings under threat or in exceptional circumstances.

This Fund is jointly funded by Blue Mountains City Council and the NSW Government.

A custom screen for our clients in Hazelbrook.

To comply with safety regulations it was essential that this area above the staircase was blocked off. We created this custom screen, maintaining the airy feeling of their open plan living and allowing beautiful natural light to filter through. All whilst ensuring that their young children are kept safe!
