🔨 Demolition is underway on our latest renovation!

Our clients love where they live, but their home was no longer meeting their needs. Moving wasn’t the answer — rethinking the home they already loved was.

That’s where a GDH renovation comes in. 🏡

With demolition now underway, we’re working towards creating a home that better suits their lifestyle, while keeping them in the location they love.

Every renovation starts with understanding what isn’t working, what matters most and what our clients want their home to become.

Love your location but need a home that works better for you? Green Design Homes works with you to understand your vision and bring it to life. Let’s talk about what’s possible.

⭐ The best feedback comes from the people who live in the homes we build.

A home is about more than the finished product. It’s the experience along the way — feeling listened to, having confidence in your team and seeing your ideas become reality.

Our Google reviews reflect what matters to us at Green Design Homes: clear communication, thoughtful design, quality workmanship and a team that genuinely cares about getting the details right.

From working through a bespoke vision to those final finishing touches at handover, we’re proud to help our clients create homes they love.

To everyone who has taken the time to share their experience with us, thank you for trusting GDH with your home. It means a lot to our entire team. 💚

🏡 A home should work for the way you live.

It’s not just about how a home looks — it’s how the spaces connect, how you move through them and how well they suit your day-to-day life.

That’s the beauty of building custom. Every decision, from the layout to the finishes, can be considered around your lifestyle, your priorities and the things that matter most to you.

At Green Design Homes, our in-house design team works with you to turn those ideas into a home that feels right for you.

Thinking about building a home that’s truly your own? Let’s start with a conversation about your ideas and what’s possible.

🏡 Love WHERE you live… but not the house?

Sometimes the answer isn’t moving.

A thoughtful renovation can change the way an existing home works — improving the layout, creating better flow, making spaces more functional and bringing new life to a home you already love.

If your location is right but your home no longer suits your needs, it might be worth exploring what’s possible.

Get in touch with the GDH team to discuss your ideas and how we could help bring them to life.

The polished concrete floor, this custom-designed home, was poured early in the build. Now, as the first stage of polishing gets underway, we’re starting to see what’s been there all along.

The grinding process gradually reveals the tones, detail and natural variation within the concrete, bringing a whole new dimension to the space.

There’s still more polishing to come, but it’s exciting to see this carefully considered finish finally take centre stage.

Material choices that make a home. 🏡

Brick. Timber. Stone. Render. Metal. Natural finishes.

With so many materials, colours and finishes to choose from, knowing what works best together can feel overwhelming.

That’s where our in-house design team comes in. From the first ideas through to the final selections, we work alongside you to explore options, bring your vision together and help you make confident decisions that suit your home, your site and your style.

You don’t have to navigate every choice on your own. We’re here to guide you through the process, making sure the bigger picture and the finer details work together.

A home doesn’t build itself.

🏡 Behind every finished GDH home is a team of skilled people measuring, checking, adjusting, problem-solving and paying attention to the details that matter.

A little Friday appreciation, for the GDH team and our trades, who make it happen. 💚

Keeping safety skills current. 🩹

Yesterday, the GDH team completed First Aid training to ensure our skills stay up to date and our site team is prepared to respond if something goes wrong.

Safety is a priority on every GDH site, and having a team equipped with current First Aid skills is an important part of keeping everyone safe.

A worthwhile morning of learning and refreshing the skills that matter.

Building on acreage can come with a few more questions.

How will the home sit on the land? Where does the sun move? What are the views? How do you approach the house? What needs to happen before construction can even begin?

The right design starts with understanding the block.

If you are looking to build on acreage or a challenging block, then talk to our team about how we can design a home that works with your site, not against it. 🏡
