🏢 Throwback to this high-rise remedial roofing project in Manly, NSW.

The existing roof membrane had failed; shrinkage, loose areas, and significant water ponding were causing ongoing maintenance headaches and safety risks. Enduroflex stepped in with a warm roof system with tapered insulation to fix the falls, eliminate ponding, and deliver long-term waterproofing protection. ✅

The system uses Soprema Australia and New Zealand Debotack 2.5 T/F C175 AERO and DuO HT 4 Slates/F C180 FC, both covered under CodeMark Certificate of Conformity CM70138, confirming compliance with the weatherproofing requirements of the Building Code of Australia. 🏗️

Upgraded an existing roof with a 3-Layer Waterproofing & Insulation System.

This project used CodeMark-certified DuO membranes supplied by Enduroflex and manufactured by Australia and New Zealand, designed for long-term waterproofing, vapour control, and durability, featuring Soprema for effective drainage.

The system includes Kingspan tapered insulation to form falls for efficient drainage and improved thermal performance, Debotack 2-5 T-F C175 AERO as the vapour distribution layer to help equalise pressure and manage moisture, Polibit S/P as the reinforced APP bitumen base layer providing strength and stability, and DuO HT 4 SLATE-F C180 FC as the UV-resistant cap sheet delivering strong fire and weather performance.
