The Moosehead Forges single burner forge is 400mm long x 300 wide, fitted with a 65mjph burner and is capable of temperatures up to around 1200c. This one is pictured with the optional front shelf. The rear door is our standard sliding ceramic tile door. Also pictured is our double and triple burner forges, these are the work horses for serious makers, super fast cycle times and plenty of oomph for blacksmith work and forge welding.

There are often questions about how to seat a burner in your forge, the following video shows how. The large hole is the same width as your burner head and between 20mm and 25mm deep, the smaller hole goes all the way through. The smaller hole should be the same size as your burner tube.
