Block-N-Pave will be closed Monday 27th & Tuesday 28th February 2023 due to stocktake in preparation for new owners to take effect 1st March 2023.

Southwest Precast Pty Ltd has acquired the business of both Block-N-Pave and Warrnambool Precast from Doug Coleman and Charlie Armitstead.

Many of the employees will remain with the new business owners and will continue to provide the same professional and friendly service that has been provided for over 30 years.

The business will continue to be owned locally.

Doug and Charlie wish the new owners all the best in the future and thank past customers and staff for their loyalty and support over the last 34 years.
