With recent growth, we are expanding our business and seeking a motivated, hands-on site supervisor who's ready to take ownership of projects and contribute to a supportive, quality-driven environment in line with the Owen Built Homes brand.

The Role
As site supervisor, you'll be responsible for the successful on-site delivery of residential projects. Key duties include:
• Supervising construction of new homes from start to finish
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Planning and managing build programs to meet deadlines
• Site inspections
• Ensuring OHS is followed on site
• Ensuring quality and defect-free handovers

Requirements to Succeed
To be considered, you should bring:
• A 5 to 7-year minimum building industry experience
• Ability to read and understand construction plans
• Basic computer skills
• A collaborative mindset, with flexibility to take on varied tasks
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple sites
• Excellent communication skills and people management

What You'll Receive:
