We can provide clients with agile, modern and economical modular homes to satisfy their housing needs in most situations. What is Modular? The team at Westbuilt believe that modular building is the way of the future. Simply put, modular construction is a form of "offsite" home building where individual house modules are constructed and then delivered to the client's site. The benefits of Modular Building are probably best summarised in the following 3 points:

Timeframe - at least 80% of the home is constructed offsite in a controlled building environment, which significantly decreases weather delays, tradies travel time & factory efficiencies. This efficiency means you can move into your new home as soon as 16 weeks from the initial order! Quality - again, due to the factory building environment and increased supervision, we can ensure each home is built to a top-level of quality BEFORE it hits your site. You can imagine how much less stress and hassle you will have to go through! Cost, this is an effect of the above points! Through the above points, you can rest easy because you aren't paying for 1c of waste! It also means we can give you a fixed price - we don't believe in variations once you've signed a contract!
