ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Central Western Refrigeration and Air Conditioning are looking to employ a permanent part time administration assistant based at our office in Wellington NSW.
Duties include;
•Answering phones/ responding to customer enquires
•Scheduling of jobs
•Invoicing/accounts receivable
•Creating purchase orders/accounts payable
•Payroll
Applicants should possess good communication skills as well as strong computer skills. Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
Hours and days of work are flexible totalling 24 hours per week.
