As we wrapped up our Harmony Day lunch celebration and town hall meeting.
Pedco lunchroom transformed into a vibrant mosaic of cultures, as team members brought dishes from their diverse backgrounds to share. From the spicy aromas of curries to the rich flavors of pasta, the variety was as rich and colorful as the tapestry of cultures represented in our team.
Harmony Day, celebrated annually, stands as a testament to the richness diversity brings to our professional and personal lives. It's a day that reminds us of the importance of inclusiveness, respect, and a sense of belonging for everyone.
