mu’s original prospect discovery has unveiled a highly mineralised copper system with impressive results:

- Up to 32.5% Cu & 14 oz/t Ag (460 g/t) from rock samples in shear zones, quartz veins, stockwork veining & breccias
- 1,600m x 750m zone of outcropping copper-mineralised veining, up to 2m wide
- Evidence of a shallow, constrained porphyry copper system
- Extensive secondary copper mineralisation at the surface
- Multi-element assays suggest a potential copper-polymetallic system
- Widespread pathfinder element anomalism.

This discovery highlights the strong potential for a significant copper deposit.

Stay tuned for further exploration updates!

Check out the location of our Badja Project!

The Badja Project, located 32 km southeast of Yalgoo, covers 870 ha in Western Australia’s Yalgoo-Singleton greenstone belt. Known for historical gold production, the project includes high-grade gold and tungsten prospects like Gnows Nest, Monte Cristo, and Flying Emu. The area's geology offers strong potential for continued discoveries, with multiple mineralised zones and an active drilling program.

Exciting developments ahead as Yataga moves into the next phase of exploration! Here’s what’s planned for 2025:
- Finalising 2024 Data – Detailed review and interpretation of all exploration results.
- 3D Geological Modelling – Integrating surface geochemistry and geophysical surveys to map copper mineralisation.
- Drilling Campaign – Set to begin after the FNQ wet season, targeting: shear & vein-style mineralisation at Fiery Creek. And granite “Kitchen Rocks” for disseminated & cavity-fill sulphide mineralisation in Yataga Valley.
- Expanding Known Mineralised Zones – Defining the extent of copper mineralisation.
- New Target Identification – Follow-up fieldwork to pinpoint additional high-potential areas.

With a strong geological framework and ambitious plans, Yataga is shaping up to be a major copper discovery!

Stay tuned for updates.

This is Outcropping Granite!

Granite outcrops form from slowly cooled magma beneath the surface, granite is an intrusive igneous rock composed mainly of quartz, feldspar, and mica. Over millions of years, erosion exposes these formations!

Granite outcrops are not only visually stunning but also significant for mineral exploration, as they can indicate the presence of valuable resources as is the case at EMU's Yataga Copper Project.

EMU, under the guidance of Dr. Gregg Morrison, has completed key exploration activities, including:

- Geochemistry & Geophysics – In-field rock sampling to refine hydrothermal fluid flow models and support drill targeting.
- Research Collaboration – Collected samples to aid ongoing studies at James Cook University’s EGRU.
- Geophysical Surveys – HTDEM Survey – High-resolution airborne electromagnetic mapping. MIMDAS Ground Survey – Advanced 3D electrical geophysics covering 24-line km over key copper targets.

With results pending, these efforts are set to enhance drill planning and further define Yataga’s copper potential!

Stay tuned.

Ever wondered where our Georgetown Project is located?

EMU is advancing exploration at the Georgetown Project, a highly prospective yet under-explored mineral district in Far North Queensland. Under a farm-in and joint venture agreement with Rugby Resources Ltd (TSXV:RUG), EMU has earned an 80% interest in this 850 km² project.

The Yataga Copper Project presents as a large, constrained porphyry system with strong geological indicators for significant mineralisation:
- Granodiorite host – Massive, brittle, and largely unreactive, creating ideal fracture pathways for mineralising fluids.
- High-grade copper veins – Polymetallic quartz veins infilled late brittle fractures at Fiery Creek.
- Hydrothermal leakage structures – Formed near the roof of a potential underlying porphyry copper system.
- Multiple intrusive centres – Surface mineralisation modelling suggests several copper-rich zones at or near the surface.
- With similarities to the Highland Valley Copper Mine (Canada) – A world-class open-pit copper system.
- Plutonic copper porphyry mineralisation – Strong evidence for a large-scale copper project.

These geological factors reinforce Yataga’s potential as a major porphyry copper discovery!

We love malachite!

Malachite is a copper carbonate mineral known for its vibrant green hues and banded patterns. Formed through the weathering of copper deposits, malachite is often found in association with other copper-bearing minerals like azurite and chrysocolla. Geologically, malachite is an important indicator mineral in copper exploration.
