A successful school extension starts with understanding the building that is already there.

At Sanctuary Point Public School, EveryTrade extended the existing 566m² administration building by 215m², delivering improved facilities for administration and staff.

The project involved more than the construction of the extension. It included relocating the main entry, extensive demolition and upgrades to critical infrastructure, including stormwater systems and building services.

Every element needed to integrate with the existing school asset while delivering a functional outcome for its future use.

A successful refurbishment is measured by more than the finished office.

It starts with understanding the existing site, identifying what needs to change and coordinating every trade required to deliver the outcome.

For Rocket Industries, EveryTrade managed the refurbishment from site establishment and surveying through to demolition, construction, services relocation, internal finishes and external landscaping.

Glass partitions, plasterboard walls, cladding, roofing, signage, electrical and mechanical works all formed part of the delivery.
