Last week we got awarded this project to upgrade the existing footpaths to Casuarina Coastal Reserve Park.This is the second project we got awarded under Civil works 👍 Looking forward to deliver another exceptional project for NTG.

Palumpa School Project Completed 👍

Recently our company KF Building & Painting Contractors Pty Ltd completed this Design & Construct Project at Palumpa.The project got awarded to us December 2022 but due to heavy rains and the closure of the roads, we delay the commencement of the project to June 2023 (the roads was still not in good condition) but we managed to completed without delays. It was one of our exciting projects we completed to date and stressful the same time, a lot of subbies backed out last minute due to delay of the project, materials jump up to 15%-20% from the time we got awarded until the commencement, roads not so well to drive either..
Overall the project completed on time.
Thanks to my team that they worked around the clock and manage to finish the project on time!!

We have been pretty quiet on here lately, but for a good reason – I've been swamped with construction projects and also a lot of tendering 🤞

Just wanted to let you know that we haven't disappeared 😁We just been busy making things happen in the real world. Now that I have a breather, I'm back to catch up and connect with everyone 😀

We have a few completed projects to showcase in coming days :))

CONTRACT WIN!! 🏆
We are proud to announce that KFBPC we have been awarded the panel contract for supply and installation of bus shelters for a period of 36 Months for NTG. We can't be any more prouder and happy about this big win. We want to congratulate the other 2x successful panel contractors as well. The 2022 year closing with the best outcome for our business.
We looking forward to deliver this project as promised for the next 3 years!

Our team is excited to announce that we have been awarded our biggest single contract for NTG to date. We are extremely happy to see the results are starting to show after so much dedication and hard work for the past years.
The biggest thank you goes to whoever is behind the scenes of this success, from our graphic designer, tender consultant, director, our employees OF COURSE and all sub-contractors that work together for many years.

MUSEUM & ART GALLERY AMPHITHEATRE PROJECT COMPLETION 👷‍♂️

We are so excited to finally get this one over the line. This project commenced early this year, however due to uncontrolled delays such as rain and covid related issues we had to extend the completion date.The scopes of works was to demolish existing damaged concrete slab and replace with exposed concrete slab and stair cases,to construct new disable ramp access and new hot deep galvanised handrails.

We thank all our sub contractors that work together for this project👍
