That’s a wrap guys. We have officially sold to Lindsay Smith who will be trading under the name Elite Exterior’s Gutter Cleaning and Pressure Cleaning - 0448552225.
Lindsay has been a trusted employee of MGGV for almost two years and was responsible for hundreds of successful jobs due to his thorough eye and excellent work ethic. I’m proud to hand it all over to such a great guy.
It wasn’t easy as we built this beast from absolutely nothing. Our baby. Time to let it go now though and we’d like to thank everyone for all their support over the years. We’ve learnt a lot. Much love. Lil and Matt signing out.

Touch overdue. Massive result to finish the week.

Interesting story about this house we gave a pampering to today. Back in Feb last year straight after the massive flood. We where in the no fuel, supplies phase of the clean up. Myself and who was on his first ever day of work with us dropped over to get some diesel off my mate Louis at this house in Ostrim St. Louis said ‘ come check this out’. We went up stairs to the second floor where he had pulled off the internal cladding exposing the inside of the external weather boards. About 1.5-2m up the wall was a signed and dated flood mark from 1954 with the recent Feb 2023 flood mark sitting exactly on top of it. Puzzled, I said ‘what’s this about?’ He said ‘the house was moved from somewhere else in Lismore when it was single storey and relocated here and made into a double storey.

I’m not an expert by any means but it’s so important when handling snakes not to damage or cut their skin in the slightest, otherwise the ants may eat the snake alive from the cut.

The weirdest thing was not that this Star Jasmine had filled 2/3 of the roof cavity. Was that we think it starts somewhere in or on the house. Eventually nature takes what she wants….however she wants.

Should really try to avoid leaving surfaces so long before a treatment, as lichens will etch into things, e.g ect.
