Some sites look almost impossible on paper… but that’s all part of the challenge. 👷‍♂️🌿

Our new Grays Point studio is taking shape on a steep, rocky block surrounded by dense bush with a water view that’s definitely worth fighting for. 🏡🌊

Before construction can even begin, safe access was the first priority. The new staircase down to the future studio site is now complete and ready for the next stage.

And it looks like we’ve already got a local resident keeping a close eye on the progress… 🦌👀

Not every site is straightforward, but finding a way to make the difficult ones work is what we do.

The finishing stages are taking shape 🏡

This granny flat is nearing completion, with the internal finishes now coming together beautifully.

The light-filled open-plan living area, modern kitchen, built-in wardrobes and neutral colour palette are already giving the home a fresh and welcoming feel. There are still a few external works and finishing touches to be completed before handover, but it is great to see how far this build has progressed.
