The Woodbridge at Bowral. A custom designed, 560sqm knock-down rebuild, designed with balance and proportion front of mind and to truly take advantage of the scenic views afforded at Mount Gibraltar.

Construction of this beauty commenced June 2022, and was handed over to our amazing clients in April 2023. A true testament to luxurious living and entertaining, the Woodbridge boasts a separate, self-contained guest wing, bathroom and living space, two spacious studies to accommodate working from home, an expansive main living located upstairs to take in the views, and a generous balcony for entertaining with ease. Crafted for comfort during Bowral’s winters, the Woodbridge design includes Hebel construction, double glazed windows, hydronic heating, raked ceilings and an impressive fireplace in the main living.

Keeping clients at our core, the Maison Built team and contractors went above and beyond to ensure a prompt handover of this build - battling a challenging year of unprecedented weather events (thanks La Nina!), material and labour shortages, and unforeseen price increases - the efforts of our amazing team members and contractors meant our clients were able to successfully host a prior committed event. We cannot thank our clients and the Maison Built team and contractors enough for their dedication and trust in Maison Built.
