Excited about this initiative from the government. We are a member of Masters Builders Association, licensed builder and able to assist clients who qualify for this grant.

The Federal Government has listened to Master Builders call for HomeBuilder to include grants for both new home builds and renovations.

From today, owner occupiers can access $25,000 grants to build a new home or start a major renovation. The plan is restricted to new homes and major renovations valued between $150,000 to $750,000.

The pre-renovation value of the house must not exceed $1.5 million and excludes sheds, pools, granny flats and any other structures not attached to the property.

Before, design, built. Sneak peak at the new entertaining area that we are wishing was our own. Creating this through a pandemic is a first for us all. Our clients switched to working from home, home schooling AND welcomed a new puppy throughout the build. So pleased to see their vision come to fruition 😃
