Layered materials, natural light and spaces that feel warm even before the fire’s on. Comfort matters just as much as design. Picture is from one of our South Coast renovations.

Kitchen. The heart of the Thirroul extension.

Designed with simplicity, warmth, and strong horizontal lines.

Natural light plays across the timber and textured finishes, reinforcing the home’s connection to material and craft.

Pink basin. Enough said. This is not your average bathroom.
This bathroom in our Thirroul renovation leans into retro tones while keeping the detailing sharp and contemporary. The colour pairing feels bold, but when grounded with warm timber and clean lines, it becomes timeless.
Proof that bathrooms don’t have to be neutral to feel considered.

Thirroul 🏠 Before & After.

A major alteration and extension that respectfully reimagined the original home.

The transformation wasn’t about erasing the past, it was about refining it. Cleaner lines. Stronger structural expression. Thoughtful detailing.

On the eastern elevation, expressive Y-brace posts create a striking architectural rhythm, a contemporary interpretation of structural detailing common to the mid-century era.

Externally, the home is wrapped in a simple textured cladding with vertical battens, a subtle yet deliberate reference to the period we were replicating.

Thirroul Project ✨

A major alteration and extension inspired by mid-century design principles.

We focused on clean lines, honest materials and handcrafted detailing throughout. The home feels both grounded in its era and completely renewed for modern living.

Every decision from the textured cladding to the structural expression, was about respecting the original character while elevating it.
