The Bailey family's new home is moving along, with plastering work finished, garage doors newly installed, Hebel cladding in place, and rendering of exterior walls underway. Soffits or eaves are scheduled for completion today.

Next week:- waterproofing and fix out of internal doors etc

Deck renovation, before and after photos. This deck was in bad shape, leaking around windows that had been installed on handrails and behind handrails. To fix the problem we removed the handrails and installed new windows on flashings to push any water back outside. In one photo you will see the water damage to one of the structural posts, there was nothing left. We also installed a new plasterboard ceiling.
End result a waterproof room with just glazing to enjoy the park views behind.
