After a bit of a turmoil year we only undertook 1 new build & it was this cute buy very sleek 2 bedroom granny flat. This project was a turnkey product which include demo of existing structures & including landscaping & retaining walls all to the clients budget.

A sneak peak into this fabulous 2 storey architectural house. This is the double storey entry void featuring 2.4m high doors, 4 skylights & a recycled timber bridge adjoining the main bedroom with the kids living pavilion. # watch this space

We have just finished a reno/extension & new deck for a client. She asked if we could use these old Lead Light windows she has to make a feature privacy screen/wind break. This is what we came up with. Looks mint i would say along with the Lead Light mirror. Thanks Gail
