This second living area was designed with functionality in mind, featuring ample storage and an integrated study desk, highlighted by another in house made custom reclaimed hardwood desk and shelving.

Unfortunately, we didn’t capture a photo once the handles were installed and the project was fully completed.

Also unfortunately, the air vent was already installed off centre to the room, resulting in it being offset in relation to the joinery.
