Had an amazing day today pressing the flesh of customers I hadn’t caught up with for a very long time and one of those was Campervan & Motorhome.
In years gone by I’ve relied on couriers to do deliveries but today I decided to get out there and do it myself… I couldn’t have picked a better day. Sun was shining all the way to Geelong… Unfortunately the same couldn’t be said for the traffic.. Insane!
I was blown away by Achtung’s showroom.
What a setup and awesome to see where our cut parts end up..
Their vans are something else!

Last week I cut this for Christian Cole. Christian does amazing work… Featured on The Block regularly for his custom tables and other amazing pieces.
I’m grateful for the fact that Christian still chooses to use our service despite the move further out to Wallan.
With this piece I had to convert a jpeg to dxf… I ironed out a few abnormalities after the conversion.
Christian has filled with black resin. It’s come up great I notice in one of his posts…Be sure to check out his work.

Another year done and dusted..😳
Can’t thank these guys enough for the way they dealt with the incredible challenge we’ve had over the last few months… No power due to powerboard issues and being totally generator dependent has not been easy.
A big thankyou to our clientele as well for their understanding during the transition.
Some pretty sore heads this morning after a great night
lastnight.
We will back on deck on the 10th of Jan.

Long time customer contacted us a couple of weeks ago to see if we could make a somewhat crazy idea turn into reality.
He wanted a section of the meandering Yarra river to be converted into a mammoth bench seat.
We grabbed a section from Google maps and turned the shape into vectors (cad).
From there we scaled up to a 9m square section.
We then flipped the river and placed 25mm rebated cross sections for the cross halved uprights to slot into.
All up 10 sheets were used.
is moving into the heritage listed gardens of the for the next 5 weekends with a list of DJ’s providing entertainment.

Shipwrights are in general one of the most skilled wood/ply workers around and their skill level doesn’t just end there.
Signage is also a big part of boat building.
In this instance boat builders wanted a facelift for their own long standing business in Williamstown.
We machined some Maxi T with roundovered edges so the gold guild would adhere.
I stumbled across the sign this morning and was pleasantly surprised.
