Crane day at Silverwoods! The steelwork went in last Thursday with a hand from McCabe Mobile Cranes & Transport, and the structure of this home is really taking shape now.

Steel is one of the areas where we do things differently. Rather than handing it to an outside contractor, our own team takes care of it, with Zac leading the way. That means fewer handovers between companies, less waiting around and more control over the quality and timing of the build.

It’s a small part of the process that makes a big difference to how smoothly a build runs.
